Patriot Paws

Coupons are collected to distribute to U.S. Military Families to help them save money on groceries and other basic items. To participate bring coupons with the excess paper trimmed off to any PRW meeting.

In addition, periodically a gathering for coupon clipping and mailing will be held. PRW members will be notified by email of where & when.

The National Federation of Republican Women established the Caring for America program

based on the belief that problems can be solved most effectively through the generosity

and combined energies of individual citizens.

At every PRW meeting donations are accepted for Patriot Paws.

The mission of Patriot Paws is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities.

At PRW's May 2015 meeting Patriot Paws gave a demonstration of their training and discussed their program. For more information and to volunteer or to donate visit the Patriot Paws website.

Plano Republican Women

Toys are collected each year at specific PRW meetings for the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. The mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.

The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.

To participate bring a new unwrapped toy - or toys - to the designated PRW meetings.
